We keep the condo clean and current. We recently painted the condo and replaced the carpet in the bedroom. There is a 50" flat screen tv in the master bedroom and flat screen tvs with built in DVD players located in the hallway bunks for the kids. The bottom bunk has cable, but the top bunk is DVD ONLY. The cable company only provides 3 cable boxes in the unit. The living room has a 70" flat screen tv and is open and airy with spectacular views of the Gulf. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances, dishes, utensils and a washer/dryer unit. This unit has granite in the kitchen and bathroom, tile throughout with exception to the master bedroom and bunk area, which has new carpet. There is free WIFI and cable.Some other amenities of the condo are the large pool, hot tub, roof top sprayers and common area grill. The views of the Gulf and Mobile Bay are breathtaking.The Indies is approximately 1 mile from the Fort, the Ferry, the Bon Secour Wild Life Refuge and access to a boat ramp. There is a marina and a restaurant/Marina is across the street.At The INDIES there are only 10 one bedroom units.They started the second floor and are in pairs side-by-side up to the sixth floor. This is the highest floor in the building, where one bedrooms are available, so has the best view that you can get in a one bedroom unit in this building.
